I've been growing my hair out for a year and a half now (it started out around chin-length) and it's FINALLY long enough to do braids across my head! This is the first time I've ever been patient enough to get it this long.. I usually end up chopping it off after the first time I get frustrated with knots after a shower ;-D

This looks awesome! I love it! I'm far too impatient for long hair too. As soon as there's enough to pull back into a pony tail, I start looking longingly into hair salons.

Sally - haha! :) Mine is always at least ponytail length since I can't stand wearing it down, but once it gets near my shoulders I've always chopped it off. I made my mom promise to NOT let me cut it off this time if I tell her I want to visit the salon :)
